A copy of the candidate’s Baptismal certificate is required. This can be obtained by phoning the parish where the Baptism took place. The Baptism certificate must be attached to this form. Forms will only be accepted with an attached Baptism certificate.

A compulsory parent information session is conducted with the Parish Priest, the School Principal and the Religious Education Coordinator of the Catholic Parish Primary Schools at the commencement of the program.

Families from our local state schools are to select one of the school that wish to attend.
